My name is Emily Coolen, and I am a personal trainer with a bachelor of science in Kinesiology. I am a firm believer that being active has the potential to benefit your whole life, not just your physical health. Appropriate exercise, adequate and balanced nutrition (this includes chocolate and wine), and fulfilling leisure time activities can help prevent and treat illnesses and greatly improve your quality of life.
